A trailblazer in the aerospace industry, a professional groupie x entrepreneur, and an award-winning documentary film producer are unleashing their superpowers on the live entertainment industry. With the help of a legendary tour manager, they combine global-scale tech leadership, hard-earned insider knowledge of the entertainment industry, and storytelling prowess to shift the environmental impact of live event industry from positive intent to measurable change.

CASSIE KLOBERDANZ LEE / CEO
Cassie has built a career at the intersection of technology and impact, serving as the head of Space Programs for Paul G. Allen, the COO of Earthrise Alliance, chair of the Board of Directors at PLACE, strategic advisor to Bye Aerospace, founding member of the United Nations Space4Women network and co-founder of the Brooke Owens Fellowship. She brings over 20 years of engineering experience to Sound Future from roles with NASA, SpaceX, Sierra Nevada Corporation and Lockheed Martin.

ASHLEY SANDS O’WINTER / COO
Ashley is an Emmy-nominated documentary film producer and life-long philanthropist. She worked for a decade on positive social change documentaries before moving on to producing and designing events. Ashley sits on the board of her family foundation, The Sands Family Foundation, and on various committees for her family office.

BRANDY SCHULTZ / CMO
Brandy has been touring with musicians in various capacities for over 15 years. She has a firsthand understanding of the opportunities for climate-responsible touring through her experience with her husband’s band, the Lumineers. Brandy is the founder and owner of the award-winning agency, Adventure Nannies, where she empowers women and supports extraordinary families. She has a successful blog and podcast, and serves on the Board of Directors for Colorado Public Radio.

Sara Full / Strategic Advisor
Sara Full is currently the Tour Director for The Lumineers. Her career has spanned many roles and touring acts, from initially deciding that hopping in a 15-passenger van with an indie punk band was preferable to working in finance, to eventual stints with legendary stadium-rockers like The Rolling Stones and AC/DC. She received the Patrick Stansfield Production Manager of the Year Parnelli Award in 2016 for her work on The Lumineers Cleopatra World Tour.
