CASSIE KLOBERDANZ LEE / CEO
Cassie has built a career at the intersection of technology and impact, serving as the head of Space Programs for Paul G. Allen, the COO of Earthrise Alliance, chair of the Board of Directors at PLACE, strategic advisor to Bye Aerospace, founding member of the United Nations Space4Women network and co-founder of the Brooke Owens Fellowship. She brings over 20 years of engineering experience to Sound Future from roles with NASA, SpaceX, Sierra Nevada Corporation and Lockheed Martin.
ASHLEY SANDS O’WINTER / COO
Ashley is an Emmy-nominated documentary film producer and life-long philanthropist. She worked for a decade on positive social change documentaries before moving on to producing and designing events. Ashley sits on the board of her family foundation, The Sands Family Foundation, and on various committees for her family office.
BRANDY SCHULTZ / CMO
Brandy has been touring with musicians in various capacities for over 15 years. She has a firsthand understanding of the opportunities for climate-responsible touring through her experience with her husband’s band, the Lumineers. Brandy is the founder and owner of the award-winning agency, Adventure Nannies, where she empowers women and supports extraordinary families. She has a successful blog and podcast, and serves on the Board of Directors for Colorado Public Radio.

Terah has spent her career working across sectors to align decisions made about technology development and deployment by governments and private sector actors with the long-term health of society. She was the Founding Executive Director of the global nonprofit Partnership on AI and was a policy advisor to the United States Chief Technology Officer in President Obama's Office of Science and Technology Policy. She has spent over a decade building and supporting organizations responsibly innovating in critical new domains at the frontier of technology research and development, and currently sits as an Executive in Residence at Zetta Venture Partners championing and investing in early stage applied AI founders. Terah is a Wilderness First Responder and avid outdoorswoman in her spare time. She is a graduate of Harvard University.
Kelci Zile joins the Sound Future board bringing sustainability experience from Amazon and AWS, and most recently Venture Capital, with her current role of Venture Partner at Madrona Venture Labs leading sustainability investments.
During her time at Amazon, she built the sustainability category for AWS Data Exchange and AWS Marketplace and was on Amazon Sustainability Ambassadors Global Board for 2 years, where she led the Amazon-wide internal education series. Kelci has domain expertise in the circular economy, emissions baselining and net-zero planning, ESG investing, nature-based solutions, and renewable energy.
Sara Full is currently the Tour Director for The Lumineers. Her career has spanned many roles and touring acts, from initially deciding that hopping in a 15-passenger van with an indie punk band was preferable to working in finance, to eventual stints with legendary stadium-rockers like The Rolling Stones and AC/DC. She received the Patrick Stansfield Production Manager of the Year Parnelli Award for her work on The Lumineers.
Joe Atamian is a Senior Vice President and the co-head of the Chicago office at Wasserman Music. He got his start booking shows in high school for his friend’s band and continued his passion for the music industry as the head of the Student Activities Board/Concert Committee at Eastern Illinois University.
He was hired to Monterey Peninsula Artists (now Wasserman Music) in 2007, where he worked as a ticket counts coordinator and then as an assistant. He began his work as an agent in 2010 and since then has developed a diverse roster including The Lumineers, Sturgill Simpson, Big Gigantic, Black Pumas, Noah Kahan, Cherub, and more.
After 10 years touring internationally as an artist, Alex started work as an agent at Reprise Agency in London. Alex founded ATC Live agency in partnership with ATC in 2011, and the company now represents 400 artists and books tours worldwide. Alex’s roster includes The Lumineers, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, PJ Harvey, Fontaines D.C., Black Pumas, Metronomy, Amyl & The Sniffers, Julia Jacklin and Sleaford Mods. Alex was voted Agent Of The Year at the 2018 European Festival Awards.
Wesley, songwriter, producer and as the co-founder and lead singer of one of the biggest touring bands in the world, The Lumineers, has played everywhere from open mics to headlining stadiums. His time on the road at these different live settings makes him well experienced and an expert in all aspects of the touring business.
Adam is an attorney with nearly two decades of experience helping individuals and families develop and implement advanced wealth transfer, succession, and philanthropic plans. In his role with a single-family office, he counsels family members on charitable giving, wealth preservation, and transfer and income tax planning. Adam is a past Board member of the Wilson Commencement Park and a proud supporter of Make-A-Wish of Western NY, Education Success Foundation, The National Susan B. Anthony Museum and House, and the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic at Syracuse University College of Law.
